Doğtaş Give Our Money Back
We visited Masko Dogtash in August to buy furniture prior to our wedding. We agreed on price and discount with seller, signed the contract and paid 1500 tl as the first payment. Next day my husband went there to pay the rest of the money and paid 7500 tl but on his way back he received a call from our family with urgent request to come back home and have some money with us. My husband had no choice but to go back to the store ask the seller to cancel our contract and get our money back. The seller cancelled the contract and assured him that the money will be on our account the latest 3 days after and she seemed to understand the difficult situation we were in.

2 months had passed and Dogtash Masko Istanbul refuses to pay our money back! They just say they won't do it. I can't believe they can get away with it! The only way I see here is to sue them but I still hope there is some huge misunderstanding and can’t believe they actually think they can take our money and refuse to pay it back.
This is to inform that Dogtash Masko had returned our money (9000 tl). Even though it happened only after 65 days from the day we paid I still want to thank them for contacting us and returning our money.
